There are a few different types of Jenn Air Fan Switches, this replacement switch replaces all of those will a little modification to your wiring. If you currently have a 2 wire connection then its straight forward since the new switch is also a two wire. Three wire and four wire connections need to be customized to fit a 2 wire two position switch (on / off). Usually this means that you need to tape off the wire that controls the lights on the cook top and only connect the fan wires to the switch. Total time to install one of these switches should be under 1 hour.
